OMG – in love with that first photograph! WOW – the greenery is AMAZING! And the photo with the crutches propped up against the groom is so adorable – poor lil groom on crutches on his wedding day!

Photographing Amanda & Gunnar’s wedding was extra special, because A&G are my good friends! I love them dearly and am SO HAPPY for this incredible couple. They have been together for over 10 years, so it was no surprise when they announced their engagement and plans to wed and a small, non-traditional wedding ceremony. Amanda is an amazing artist and designer and put her own special touch on everything for the wedding. She even had a hand in designing her dress which was handmade by her talented mother. Love you guys!!!

Here is a little (okay, BIG) preview from Vil & Chris’ beautiful wedding day. The whole day was planned to perfection and expertly coordinated by Kirsten of Fab.you.lous Events. I had such a great time working with the couple and their families! I loved the vibrant colors and beautiful ceremony and reception sites!
Here’s what Vil had to say after viewing the photos for the first time:
“Ahhhhh!!!!!!! Yay! I just spent like, forever looking at all of them. Thank you soooo much! Seriously…there are no words. I laughed, I cried…all over again! Mind you, I’m sitting in a computer lab at school all by myself. If anyone were to walk in, they’d think I was a weirdo haha. Thank you so very very much for capturing our day so marvelously. There just are no words to express how much I appreciate it and you!”

A little peek into Kayla & David’s wedding day… we went to Kayla’s family ranch in Lynd, MN to sneak in a portrait session with the couple’s beautiful horses. I loved the beautiful country setting and I LOVE horses! It was so fun to incorporate something so significant to the couple!
